Selection Process
- Shortlisting for interview based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying SSLC examination:
- Process Server – ratio of 1:25 per post.
- Peon – ratio of 1:10 per post.
- Interview carrying a total of 10 marks for each candidate.
- Final selection based on interview marks. In case of equal marks, the older candidate is given preference.
- Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of two years, extendable as required.
