Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university (must be obtained on or before the last date of online application).
  • CPCT Score Card from MAP‑IT or any other agency recognized by the Madhya Pradesh Government.
  • One‑year Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institution (UGC‑recognized university/open university, DOEACC/NIELIT, Government Polytechnic, ITI, AICTE‑approved Polytechnic, etc.).

Selection Process

  1. Stage 1 – Online Preliminary Examination
    • Subjects: General Knowledge & General Studies (incl. MP GK), Maths & Logical Reasoning, General Hindi, English Knowledge, Computer Knowledge.
    • Each subject: 20 questions, 20 marks.
    • Total: 100 marks, 120 minutes, MCQ format.
    • Exam centres: Jabalpur, Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Sagar, Satna, Ujjain (multiple shifts possible).
    • Screening ratio approx. 1:5 per category; prelim marks are not carried forward.
  2. Stage 2 – Hindi Typing Skill Test
    • Typing of approx. 350 Hindi words in 10 minutes.
    • Conducted on computer with Remington Gail layout; only Backspace allowed for corrections.
    • Marks: 50. Deductions: 0.50 per skipped/erroneous word, 0.10 per backspace.
    • Portal charge of ₹743.40 to be paid by candidates who qualify prelims.
    • Minimum qualifying percentages: General & OBC – 55%; SC – 45%; ST & PwD – 40%; EWS – 49.5%.

  5. Click Registration, fill in required details; a User‑ID and Password will be sent to your mobile and email.
  6. Log in via Application, complete the form, and upload recent photograph and signature.
  7. Preview the application and click Submit.
