Educational Qualification
- Junior Clerk‑cum‑Copyist / Stenographer Grade‑III / Junior Typist:
- Passed at least a +3 examination (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Proficiency in Odia (M.E. Standard).
- Additional requirements:
- Junior Typist – Minimum typing speed 40 wpm in English.
- Stenographer Grade‑III – Minimum shorthand speed 80 wpm and English typing 40 wpm.
- Salaried Amin:
- Passed Matriculation (or equivalent) from a recognized board.
- Completed Revenue Inspector Training from a government/recognized institution.
