Educational Qualification

  • Junior Clerk‑cum‑Copyist / Stenographer Grade‑III / Junior Typist:
    • Passed at least a +3 examination (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
    • Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
    • Proficiency in Odia (M.E. Standard).
    • Additional requirements:
      • Junior Typist – Minimum typing speed 40 wpm in English.
      • Stenographer Grade‑III – Minimum shorthand speed 80 wpm and English typing 40 wpm.
  • Salaried Amin:
    • Passed Matriculation (or equivalent) from a recognized board.
    • Completed Revenue Inspector Training from a government/recognized institution.
    • Basic computer knowledge.

General Conditions (All Posts)

  • Indian citizen.
  • Good character, sound health, and free from communicable diseases.
  • Must not have more than one spouse living, if married.
  • Registered in an Employment Exchange.
  • No pending criminal proceedings.
