Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Business Management, Computer Applications or Business Administration from a recognized university, with the following minimum aggregate marks:

Selection Process

  1. Competitive Test (90 minutes) consisting of:
    1. English Essay – 30 marks (minimum 20 marks)
    2. Translation from Kannada to English – 30 marks (minimum 20 marks)
    3. Test of General Knowledge – 20 marks (minimum 10 marks)
  2. Interview – 20 marks (minimum 10 marks)
  3. Overall, a candidate must secure at least 60 marks out of 100 to qualify.

Candidates will be called for the test in the order of merit based on their qualifying examination percentage, at a ratio of 1 : 10 (10 candidates per vacancy) within each reserved category. Those clearing the test will be called for interview at a ratio of 1 : 5.

  3. Upload a recent colour photograph (5 cm × 3.6 cm, under 50 KB, JPG, white background, no signature) and a scanned signature (2.5 cm × 7.5 cm, under 25 KB, JPG).
  4. Pay the prescribed application fee through the KHC online payment gateway (SBI).
  5. Download and retain a copy of the submitted application and the fee‑payment receipt for future reference.

A valid mobile number and e‑mail ID are mandatory as all communications regarding the test and interview will be sent via SMS/e‑mail and posted on the official website.
