Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the prescribed qualification on or before 30 June 2026. Awaiting results are not eligible.
- Minimum aggregate marks: 50% (relaxed to 45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates).
- For ITI trades, a pass grade in a regular full‑time ITI recognized by NCVET/SCVT is required.
- Only the specific diploma/ITI/degree mentioned for each trade is acceptable; other streams are ineligible.
- Part‑time, correspondence or distance education qualifications are not accepted.
- Higher professional degrees (BE/B.Tech, MBA, CA, LLB, MCA, etc.) disqualify the candidate.
- Applicants cannot apply for more than one trade/discipline.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 24 years as on 30 June 2026 for General/EWS candidates.

How to Apply
- Visit the NATS/NAPS portal (the official recruitment portal of IOCL).
- Register using a valid email address and mobile number. Fill in personal details exactly as per your official documents.
- Select the desired Trade/Technician Apprentice code and upload the required scanned documents (photograph, signature, qualification certificates, age proof, etc.).
- After completing the portal application, click the link provided for the Microsoft Forms submission and fill in the same details. Upload the same set of documents in the form.
- Review all entered information carefully. Submit the application before the 28 July 2026, 17:00 Hrs deadline.
