Eligibility Requirements
- For IT Advisor role:
- A graduate with engineering background or degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems.
- Mandatory Experience: Minimum three years of professional exposure in roles such as IT consultant, advisory services expert, board-level engagement specialist within domains like Information Technology, Banking Technology, or Cybersecurity – preferably in public sector banks, financial institutions, government bodies or leading IT firms. Alternatively, candidates holding senior positions like CISO, CTO (CIO), or Heads of Departments at recognized universities with a cumulative work history of 25 years in IT-related fields including banking tech, policy development, cyber security, process automation among others.
- Desirable Exposure: Domain knowledge in areas such as banking IT architecture, project execution involving IT planning/policies, financial networks, electronic payment technologies, cyber defense mechanisms, or membership of technical groups affiliated with regulators/government organizations or relevant industry panels.
