Eligibility Criteria

Registration Requirement Candidates must be registered on NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and/or NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) before applying.
Educational Qualification Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. For NATS candidates, the date of passing graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding 01‑05‑2026.
Prior Apprenticeship Candidate should NOT have undergone apprenticeship with Bank of Baroda or any other establishment earlier, nor be currently undergoing apprenticeship.
Training / Job Experience Candidates who have had training or job experience of 1 year or more after completing the educational qualification are ineligible.
State/UT Application Apply for apprenticeship in only one State/UT and select up to 3 preferred training centres within that State/UT.
Nationality Indian citizens only.

Selection Process

  1. Stage 1 – Online Examination
    • General / Financial Awareness – 25 questions, 25 marks, 60 minutes, Hindi/English.
    • Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude – 25 questions, 25 marks, Hindi/English.
    • Computer Knowledge – 25 questions, 25 marks, Hindi/English.
    • General English – 25 questions, 25 marks, English.
    • Total: 100 questions, 100 marks.
  2. Stage 2 – Document Verification – Candidates whose online scores meet the cut‑off will be called for verification of eligibility documents.
  3. Stage 3 – Local Language Test – Test of proficiency in the local language of the selected State/UT.
  4. Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per Bank of Baroda’s requirements.
  5. A state‑wise and category‑wise wait‑list will be published for any vacancies arising from non‑acceptance or non‑reporting; the wait‑list remains valid for 1 year or until the next engagement exercise, whichever is earlier.
