Eligibility Criteria

Criteria Details
Registration Requirement Must be registered on NAPS and/or NATS portal before applying.
Educational Qualification Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. For NATS candidates, graduation must be within 4 years preceding 01‑05‑2026.
Prior Apprenticeship Candidate should NOT have undergone apprenticeship with Bank of Baroda or any other establishment, nor be currently pursuing one.
Training / Job Experience Anyone with 1 year or more of training or job experience after graduation is ineligible.
State/UT Application Apply for only one State/UT and select up to 3 preferred training centres within that State/UT.
Nationality Indian citizens only.

Selection Process

  1. Online Examination – Consists of four sections (General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General English) each carrying 25 questions, total 100 marks, 60‑minute duration.
  2. Document Verification – Candidates whose scores qualify will be called for verification of uploaded documents.
  3. Local Language Test – Test of proficiency in the official language of the selected State/UT.
  4. Medical Fitness – Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per Bank’s requirements.
  5. Wait‑List Publication – State‑wise and Category‑wise wait‑list will be released for vacancies arising from non‑acceptance or non‑reporting; valid for 1 year or until the next engagement exercise.
