Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years (must not be born after 01/07/2008)
• Maximum Age: 44 years (must not be born before 02/07/1982)

Educational Qualification

All candidates must have:

• A Post‑Graduate (PG) degree in the subject specified for the post with at least 55% marks (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/BC/Differently Abled candidates) from a UGC‑recognised university.
• An M.Ed. degree with at least 55% marks (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/BC/Differently Abled) from an NCTE‑recognised institution.
• For language‑medium posts (Urdu/Telugu), candidates must have studied the medium at SSC/Intermediate/Degree level or as a first/second language.

Experience

No prior teaching experience is required; however, candidates with relevant experience will be considered equally.

Pay Scale & Salary

• Senior Lecturer, DIET (Post Code 1): Rs. 58,850 – 1,37,050 per month
• Lecturer, DIET (Post Codes 2‑19): Rs. 54,220 – 1,33,630 per month
