Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Upper age limit: 45 years (calculated as on 01 April 2026).
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification teaching experience as on 01 April 2026. Experience is counted from the month immediately after the final examination of the essential qualification.
Age Relaxation
Up to 50 years for spouses of deceased BEL employees on compassionate grounds.
Experience Relaxation
Candidates holding a postgraduate (PG) degree receive relaxation in required experience equal to the duration of their PG degree (where PG is not mandatory).

Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates for the Written Test based on the information declared in the application form.
- Written Test (70% weightage) – 90 minutes: 50 marks for the subject, 10 marks General Knowledge, 10 marks Aptitude.
- Interview (30% weightage) – conducted only for candidates who qualify in the Written Test.
- Shortlisting for interview on a 1:5 ratio of qualified candidates.
- Venue details for Written Test and Interview will be communicated via email.
- Final selection list will be published on the official BEEI website.
