Educational Qualification
For each trade group, a candidate must satisfy **any one** of the following routes:
- Relevant engineering/technology diploma (or advanced vocational diploma) **with** the prescribed post‑qualification experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering/technology branch **with** one year of post‑qualification experience.
- Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) / National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) **with** the required field experience.
Basic computer knowledge as per the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment Rules, 1967, is mandatory for all posts.
Pay Scale & Salary
- Fixed Pay: ₹40,800 per month for the first five years.
- Regular appointment (Level‑5): ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 per month.
