- OBC-NCL certificate in central format for current financial year (FY 2026-27)
- EWS candidates: current year Income & Asset certificate valid for FY 2026-27 based on income of FY 2025-26
- Disability certificate in latest prescribed central Govt. format generated online through Swavalamban/UDID portal (clearly indicating type and percentage of disability)
- All experience-related documents for each organization/company in chronological order — including Experience/Service certificate (as per NTPC prescribed sample format), Offer of Appointment/Appointment letter/Offer Letter + Confirmation/Absorption Letter
