L‑2 Network & Monitoring
- Educational Qualification: B.E / B‑Tech / MCA or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years total, with at least 4 years relevant experience in management & monitoring of enterprise network operations
- Project Experience: Large IT‑Network/Infrastructure projects such as SWAN, SecLAN, CCTNS, Bharat Net, Smart City, etc.
- Technical Knowledge: Routing, Switching, Wired & Wireless Networks, SD‑WAN technology, troubleshooting LAN & Wireless APs
- Work Schedule: Flexible to work in 24×7 roster
- Certification: Valid CCNA/JNCA or equivalent
Helpdesk Support
- Educational Qualification: Science Graduate / BCA or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT, with at least 2 years in Help Desk & NMS
- Project Experience: Involvement in networking/infra related projects
- Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of SWAN network & elements, ownership & responsibilities of SI, department & customer
- Work Schedule: Flexible to work in 24×7 shifts
- Certification: ITIL V4 Certified
