Eligibility Criteria

• Tax Assistant: 18 to 27 years

• Multi‑Tasking Staff (MTS): 18 to 25 years

Additional relaxation of up to 5 years (or 10 years for SC/ST) is available for sportspersons upon submission of a valid certificate.

Educational Qualification

• Tax Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (any discipline) and data‑entry speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour.
• Stenographer Grade‑II: 12^th pass (or equivalent) and successful completion of a stenography skill test (dictation & transcription as specified).
• Multi‑Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation (10^th pass) or equivalent. No additional skill test.

Sports Eligibility

Only candidates who have represented a State, Union Territory, University, or the Country in recognized national/international competitions, or have won medals in the listed sports events, are eligible. Achievements considered only up to 31‑03‑2026.

Pay Scale & Salary

• Tax Assistant & Stenographer Grade‑II: Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100 per month (Pay Level‑4).
• Multi‑Tasking Staff (MTS): Rs. 18,000 – Rs. 56,900 per month (Pay Level‑1).
