- Officer In Charge (OIC): Graduation with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in health‑care institutions.
- Dental Asst/ Tech/ Hyg: Diploma in Dental Hygiene / Class‑1 DH / DORA Course (Armed Forces) with 5 years of experience in a dental laboratory.
- Pharmacist: B.Pharmacy or (10+2) with Science + approved pharmacy diploma, registered under the Pharmacy Act, with 3 years of experience.
- DEO/Clerk: Graduate or Class‑1 Clerical trade (Armed Forces) with 5 years of experience.
- Driver: Class 8th or Class‑1 MT Driver (Armed Forces) with a valid driving licence and 5 years of driving experience.
- Peon: Class 8th or GD trade (Armed Forces) with 5 years of experience.
- Chowkidar: Class 8th or GD trade (Armed Forces).
- Safaiwala: Literate with 5 years of experience.
