Eligibility Criteria

Technical Officer (TO-1)

• B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 55% marks OR
• M.Sc. or equivalent in Physics/Electronics/Applied Electronics with minimum 55% marks

Technical Officer (TO-2)

• B.E./B.Tech. or M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science with minimum 55% marks OR
• MCA with minimum 55% marks

Technician (1) – Various Trade Categories

• SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects and minimum 55% marks plus:
  • ITI or National/State trade certificate in Electronics Mechanic, OR 2 years full‑time apprenticeship, OR 3 years work experience as Electronics Mechanic.
  • ITI or National/State trade certificate in Electrician/Wiremen/Electrical Fitter, OR 2 years apprenticeship, OR 3 years work experience.
  • ITI or National/State trade certificate in Mason (Building Constructor), OR 2 years apprenticeship, OR 3 years work experience.
  • ITI or National/State trade certificate in Draughtsman (Civil), OR 2 years apprenticeship, OR 3 years work experience.

Pay Scale & Salary

• Technical Officer: Pay Level 7 – Approx. ₹89,268 per month.
• Technician (1): Pay Level 2 – Ranges from ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 per month.
