  • Assistant General Manager: Graduate with CAIIB and/or CA/CS/CMA/CFA with 10-15 years of banking experience (Minimum 5-8 years in Executive Cadre).
  • Chief Manager: Graduate with 8-10 years of banking experience (Minimum 5 years in Managerial Cadre).
  • Manager: Graduate with CAIIB and/or CA/CS/CMA/CFA with 8-10 years of banking experience (Minimum 5 years in Asst. Managerial Cadre).
  • Recovery Personnel: Graduate; LLB/LLM is an added advantage. 5-7 years experience in Loan Collection/Credit/Recovery.
  • Fraud Risk Management Personnel: Graduate; JAIIB/CAIIB is an added advantage. 5-10 years of banking experience (Minimum 5 years in Fraud Risk Management/Monitoring).
