Salary Details
The selected Management Trainees will be placed in E‑1 Grade with an initial basic pay of Rs. 60,000 per month during the training period. The pay scale ranges from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000. In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other perquisites under the cafeteria approach, including Performance Related Pay (PRP).
Selection Process
The selection shall be based solely on a Computer Based Online Test (CBT). No interview will be conducted. Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for document verification and subsequent training.
