Eligibility Criteria

  • Age limit and relaxations follow UGC Regulations, Government of India norms and CSU statutes. The criteria date is the last date of online application (10 July 2026).
  • Educational qualifications, NET/Ph.D., teaching/research experience and publications must be completed on or before the criteria date.

Selection Process

  1. Online Application & Scrutiny: Submission of documents and provisional eligibility check.
  2. Written Test (Level‑10 only): OMR‑based MCQ + Descriptive paper on research aptitude. May be waived if candidates for a subject are fewer than 20.
  3. No Written Test for Level‑13A: Shortlisting based on video presentation, research skill assessment, and PPT.
  4. Document Verification: Verification of original certificates for age, qualification, experience, and category.
  5. Face‑to‑Face Interview: Final interview for all shortlisted candidates.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the CU Chayan Portal at curec.samarth.ac.in (or navigate via the “Recruitment/Notification” section on www.sanskrit.nic.in).
  2. Register yourself by providing a valid email address and mobile number. An OTP will be sent for verification.
  3. Log in using the credentials created during registration.
  4. Fill in personal details, academic qualifications, and upload scanned copies of required documents (photograph, signature, certificates, etc.).
  5. Select the post(s) and subject(s) you wish to apply for. Remember that a separate application fee is required for each subject.
  6. Pay the applicable application fee online through the available payment gateway (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI).
  7. After successful payment, review the entire application, generate the application ID, and submit the form.
  8. Print the confirmation page and retain the application ID for future reference.
  9. Within 15 days of the last date of online submission, send a hard copy of the signed application form along with attested documents to the address mentioned in the notification.
