Qualification
Junior Executive (Engineering)
Diploma in Engineering (3-year course) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical Engineering with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant work experience is required, including 1 year in a managerial/supervisory role.
Junior Executive (Accounts)
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% plus Inter CA / Inter CMA. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance functions.
Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities)
B. Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in Facility Management, QSR, Retail, or Hospitality.
Secretary BPCL
Class X, Class XII, and Bachelor’s Degree (3-year course) with minimum 55% in each (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Minimum 5 years of experience as Secretarial Assistant or Secretary.
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)
M. Sc (Chemistry) with specialization in relevant branches and minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant experience in Petroleum, Oil & Gas, or Petro-Chemical laboratories.
Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation)
Master’s in Hindi (2-year course) with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) and English studied in Class XII/Graduation with minimum 55%. Minimum 3 years experience in English-Hindi translation.
