Salary Details

Selected candidates will be engaged on a fixed-term contract basis with consolidated monthly remuneration based on the tenure type:

  • 4-year Tenure:
    • 1st Year: Rs. 35,000 per month
    • 2nd Year: Rs. 37,500 per month
    • 3rd Year: Rs. 40,000 per month
    • 4th Year: Rs. 43,000 per month
  • 1-year Tenure: Rs. 35,000 per month for the contract period.

The 4-year fixed-term engagement is renewable annually based on performance, conduct, and business requirements.

Selection Process

The selection process varies based on the tenure of the post:

  • 1-year Tenure Posts (R002, R004, R006): Selection is based solely on the average marks obtained across all semesters of the qualifying BE/B.Tech degree. No written test is conducted.
  • 4-year Tenure Posts (R001, R003, R005): Candidates will be shortlisted for a 1-hour written test comprising 60 technical MCQs (1 mark each, no negative marking).
    • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 45% for General/OBC/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/PwD.
  • Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification for final selection.
