Pay Scale & Salary

- Additional FOE allowances: Rs. 20,000/- per year (medical insurance, attire, footwear, etc.).
- Project Engineer‑I: Rs. 40,000/- per month (Year 1) + Rs. 5,000/- increment per year.
- Additional Project Engineer‑I allowances: Rs. 12,000/- per year.

Selection Process
- Pre‑Registered Walk‑In Selection (venue announced on BEL website).
- Written Test – Objective type, 85 marks (85 %).
- Interview – 15 marks (15 %). Only candidates clearing the written test are called for interview in a 1:10 ratio (merit & category‑wise).
