Eligibility Criteria

Nationality / Citizenship

Candidate must be a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who entered India before 1 January 1962 with permanent settlement intent, or a person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka or specified East African countries and holds a Government of India eligibility certificate.
