- Indian citizenship with domicile of Chhattisgarh (domicile certificate required).
- Age: 21 to 35 years as on 01/01/2026. Age relaxations apply (see table below).
- All educational qualifications must be completed by the application date.
- Entire education from Class 6 to post‑graduation must be through English medium, except for Hindi/Sanskrit Lecturer posts.
