• Ex‑servicemen – 3 years plus length of service.
• Current SVIMS contract/outsourcing staff – 5 years (minimum 5 years of service).
• Maximum age after all relaxations cannot exceed 52 years.

Pay Scale & Salary

The post is governed by the Revised Pay Scale (RPS) 2022 with a salary range of ₹38,720 – ₹1,18,390 per month, along with applicable allowances as per government rules.

1. Written Test (Computer‑Based Test) – 75 marks; 75 MCQs, 1 mark each, 90 minutes, no negative marking.
2. Experience – 15 marks; 1 mark for each completed 6‑month block of relevant service (maximum 15 marks).
3. Interview – 10 marks; conducted for candidates short‑listed on the basis of CBT and experience scores.

Minimum qualifying marks in CBT: 40% for OC & EWS, 35% for BC, and 30% for SC, ST & PwBD. In case of a tie, the elder candidate is preferred; if still tied, the candidate with more experience is preferred.
