Technician Grade I Signal
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation) **or** Degree/Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: 18‑36 years (relaxations as per government rules).
- Medical Standard: As per CEN (B‑1).
Technician Grade III
- Educational Qualification: 10th/Matriculation **plus** ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in a relevant trade **or** Apprenticeship in the concerned trade.
- Age Limit: 18‑33 years (relaxations as per government rules).
- Medical Standard: As per CEN (B‑1).
Pay Scale & Salary
- Technician Grade I Signal: Pay Level 5 (7th CPC) – Initial Pay Rs. 29,200/‑ per month.
- Technician Grade III: Pay Level 2 (7th CPC) – Initial Pay Rs. 19,900/‑ per month.
- Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA) and other benefits will be admissible as per Railway rules.
