- JGM (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Senior Manager (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Assistant Public Relations Manager: Graduation in any discipline with a full‑time Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Corporate Communications, Visual Communication, Marketing Communication, Advertising or an MBA in a relevant stream from a recognized university/institute.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years for all posts. A relaxation of 5 years is applicable to candidates from Jammu & Kashmir who were domiciled in the state between 01‑01‑1980 and 31‑12‑1989.
