- Any Bachelor’s degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Business Management, Computer Applications, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Senior Grade or Proficiency Grade Examination in English Shorthand **and** Senior Grade Typing Examination in English, or Diploma in Commercial Practice / Secretarial Practice in English.
- Must have knowledge of computer operations.
