Eligibility Criteria
- Doctor (Full‑time): MBBS with registration with Medical Council/Medical Commission and must undergo training arranged by MOSJE/NISD within three months of joining.
- Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counselor: Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience managing similar centres or demonstrable capability and computer knowledge.
- Counselor / Social Worker / Psychologist: Graduation in Social Work or Psychology with 1‑2 years’ relevant experience; knowledge of English and a regional language; preference for certificate in de‑addiction counseling.
- Peer Educator: Literate ex‑drug user with 1‑2 years’ sobriety, good communication skills, and commitment to drug‑prevention activities.
- Ward Boy: Class 8th pass with experience in hospitals/health‑care or de‑addiction centres.
- Yoga Therapist / Dance / Music / Art Teacher: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the respective discipline.
- Chowkidar: Passed 5th class (or equivalent); must be ex‑serviceman or trained in civil defence/home guard; able to ride a bicycle (male candidates only).
- Housekeeping Staff: Passed 5th class (or equivalent).
