Eligibility Criteria

Post Essential Qualification & Experience
Lower Division Clerk 12th Class pass from a recognized board or university. Skill Test: Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (10 minutes).
Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade) 12th Class pass or equivalent. Valid civilian driving licence for heavy vehicles. Minimum 2 years experience driving heavy vehicles.
Multi Tasking Staff (Office & Training) Matriculation pass or equivalent. Duties involve cleaning, loading/unloading, gardening, night watch, etc.
Stenographer Grade II 12th Class pass or equivalent. Skill Test: Dictation 80 wpm (10 min); Transcription 50 min (English) or 65 min (Hindi) on computer.
Supervisor (Networking) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Master’s in Computer Application/Science/IT. Minimum 2 years experience in network and server management. Desired skills: Linux, firewalls, virtualization, Python, HTML, PHP.
Network Administrator 12th Class pass with Diploma in Networking or Bachelor’s in Computer Application. CCNA & CCNP certificates. Minimum 2 years network administration experience.
Hardware Administrator 12th Class pass with Advanced Diploma in Computer Hardware or Bachelor’s in Computer Application. VLSI certification. Minimum 2 years hardware maintenance experience.
Lineman 12th Class pass with Diploma in Optical Fiber Cable Line Management. Minimum 2 years experience. Knowledge of splicing machine, OTDR, sleeve cutter.
Boat Builder 12th Class pass + 2 years experience in FRP boat repair, or apprenticeship with National Apprenticeship Certificate in marine fitter trade, or ex‑sailor (Indian Navy/Coast Guard) from shipwright/hull artificer trade.
Technical Attendant – Printing Machine Operator ITI Pass Certificate in Printing Machine Operator, or Matriculation pass with minimum 1 year experience as printing machine operator.
