- Executive Engineer (Civil): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years regular service (GP 5400), OR Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years regular service (GP 4600).
- Executive Engineer (Electrical): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR Assistant Engineer (Electric) with 5 years regular service (GP 5400), OR Junior Engineer (Electric) with 7 years regular service (GP 4600).
- Senior Accounts Officer: Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR 5 years regular service in the relevant field (GP 5400).
- Accounts Officer: Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR 2/3 years regular service in the relevant field (GP 4800/4600).
