Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess the department‑wise essential qualification (MD/DNB/MS/DM/MCh) as listed in the vacancy table.
- The qualifying examination (MD/DNB/MS/DM/MCh) must be passed and the result declared on or before 31 August 2026. The tenure of the qualifying degree must also be completed by this date.
- Compulsory tenure days: 1095 days for MD/MS/MDS degree holders; 730 days for secondary DNB degree holders.
- Medical registration is mandatory before joining.
- Candidates who have already completed 3 years of Residency under the Central Residency Scheme are not eligible.
- Total tenure of Senior Residency (Non‑Academic) is 3 years, inclusive of any prior senior residency in the same specialty at other institutions.
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) on the day of interview; otherwise, candidature will be cancelled.
