Selection Process

1. Physical Tests: Includes 1 Mile Run, Pull Ups, 8’9″ Ditch, and Zig Zag Balance Beam (for males).
2. Proficiency Test: Trade tests for tradesmen and afforestation/nursery management tests for ex-women candidates.
