  • Priority: Priority will be given to AOCP Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factories.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will be remunerated on a contract basis as per the following structure:

  • Pay Scale / Remuneration: Rs. 19,900/- + DA (Skilled)
  • Increment: Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay (subject to satisfactory performance)
  • Allowances: Entitled to EPF, Bonus (if applicable), Risk Allowance, Night Duty Allowance, 30 days leave per year, 1 Casual Leave per month, etc.
  • Note: Not entitled to OT Allowance, LTC, Medical facilities (except emergency), promotions, loans, etc.

Selection Process

The selection will be made based on merit determined through the following criteria:

  • Weightage: 80% NCTVT (NAC) Exam Marks + 20% Trade Test / Practical Test.
  • Shortlisting: Cut-off percentage for calling candidates for Trade Test will be decided based on NAC marks.
  • Document Verification: Candidates qualifying in NCTVT (NAC) + Trade Test will be called for Document Verification in order of merit.
  • Tie Resolution:
    1. Ex-Trade Apprentice of AOCP Trade.
    2. Ex-Trade Apprentice of Ordnance Factories.
    3. Higher marks in NAC issued from NCVT.
    4. Date of Birth (elder candidate preferred).
  • Priority & Preference Order:
    1. AOCP Trade apprentices of Ordnance Factories and AOCP Trade apprentices from Government/Private Organizations having Government affiliation.
    2. Feeder trade candidates with experience of working as DBW/CPW on tenure basis and possess certificate of 03 months training from any MIL group of Ordnance Factories.
    3. Feeder trade candidates from Ordnance Factories / Government/Private Organizations without 03 months training certificate.
