Educational Qualification & Experience

• Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer: 1st class B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication Engineering (≥60% or equivalent CGPA) + minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience as Officer/Executive in a PSU/Government/reputed private firm (turnover > Rs. 50 crore) with expertise in C#/Java/JavaScript/ASP.NET/PHP.
• Assistant Manager (HR): 1st class Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / MSW / MBA with HR elective, or 1st class 2‑year PG Diploma in Management with HR elective (equivalent to MBA).
• Assistant Manager (F&A): Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) plus CA/ICWA qualification.
• Assistant Manager (MM): 1st class Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper/Electronics/Printing Technology + 2‑year PG degree/diploma/MBA in Materials Management/Stores Management/Purchase/Operations Management/Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
• Assistant Manager (IT): 1st class MCA or 1st class B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
• Assistant Manager (OL): 1st class Master’s degree in Hindi or English (other language studied at graduation) + minimum 2 years translation experience (Hindi↔English). Knowledge of Sanskrit/other Indian languages and Hindi computer proficiency desirable.
• Assistant Manager (Safety): Recognized Engineering/Technology degree with ≥2 years supervisory factory experience, or Physics/Chemistry degree with ≥6 years supervisory experience, or Engineering/Technology diploma with ≥6 years supervisory experience, or degree/diploma with ≥6 years in accident‑prevention training/education/consultancy/research – plus a recognized degree/diploma in Industrial Safety.
