Selected candidates will be appointed as per the 7th Pay Commission (Government of Rajasthan). Probation period is 2 years.

Probation Period & Benefits:
- Probation: 2 years (fixed remuneration, no regular pay scale, DA, HRA, or TA)
- After confirmation: Full pay scale with DA, HRA, TA, NPS, GPF, Gratuity, LTC, and Medical Benefits
Application Fee
The One Time Registration (OTR) fee is payable only once for all future RSSB and RSLDC recruitments. Candidates who have already paid the OTR fee are exempted.

Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – total of 200 marks.
- Document Verification of qualified candidates.
- Medical Examination as per prescribed norms.
How to Apply
- Visit the official SSO Recruitment Portal: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Click on “New Registration” and fill in your basic details to obtain a User ID & Password.
- Log in using the credentials, select “RSSB Computer Instructor Recruitment 2026” from the list of notifications.
- Enter personal, educational and experience details as per the application form.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents (photograph, signature, certificates, caste/ PwBD certificate, etc.) in the prescribed format and size.
- Pay the One Time Registration (OTR) fee, if applicable, through the online payment gateway (Rs. 600 for candidates from outside Rajasthan; otherwise free for already registered candidates).
- Review the entire application carefully and click “Submit”.
- After successful submission, download and save the confirmation receipt and application ID for future reference.

FAQ’s
- What is the minimum educational qualification for the Basic Computer Instructor post?
A graduate degree plus ‘A’ Level/PGDCA (minimum 1‑year duration) or any of the listed engineering/technology degrees (BE/B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
- What is the age limit for General category male candidates?
Candidates must not be older than 40 years as on 01‑01‑2027. The minimum age is 18 years.
- Is there any reservation for women?
Yes, a horizontal reservation of 30% is applicable for women across all categories.
- How many attempts are allowed for the CBT?
The CBT is a single‑time examination. Candidates must appear on the scheduled date for their respective post.
- Can I correct my application after submission?
Yes. A correction window of 3 days is provided after the application closure, subject to a fee of Rs. 300. A second correction window (7 days) is allowed after the examination.
