Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Science from a recognised university/institution in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Science in Electronics and/or Communication / Telecommunication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Science in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science with specialization in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Science in Mathematics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Science in Civil Engineering.
- In addition, a valid GATE Score (minimum 50% in 2024, 2025 or 2026) is mandatory.
Age Limit
Maximum age: 35 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per Central Government Orders for SC/ST, OBC, PwD, Ex‑Servicemen, and Central Government employees.
