Selection Process

Selection will be made through Written Test followed by Document Scrutiny.

  • Written Test: 125 objective type questions carrying 1 mark each (total 125 marks). Duration: 2.5 Hours. No negative marking.
  • PwBD candidates will be given compensatory time of 50 minutes.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts).
  • Weightage: 100% for Written Test.
  • Document Scrutiny: After declaration of Written Test result, only the documents uploaded by candidates during online application will be scrutinized by RITES Ltd.
  • Final selection is subject to verification of original documents, medical fitness, and fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.
  • Offer of appointment is purely on contract basis (initially 1 year, extendable subject to performance and project requirement).
