RITES Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, is recruiting Engineering Professionals on a contract basis for project sites in Kerala. The posts are in the Civil Engineering stream and the engagement is initially for one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.

Educational Qualification & Experience

The degree must be recognised by AICTE and awarded by a university established under a Central or State Act, an institution established by an Act of Parliament, or a Deemed University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. Sections A & B examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) (enrollment on or before 31‑05‑2013) are considered equivalent.

Selection Process

1. Document Scrutiny/Verification of online applicants (provisional).
2. Shortlisted candidates are called for an Interview (100% weightage).
3. Interview evaluation: Technical & Professional proficiency – 65%; Personality, Communication & Competency – 35%.
4. Minimum qualifying marks: 60% for UR/EWS candidates; 50% for SC/ST/OBC‑NCL/PwBD candidates.
5. Category‑wise merit list prepared; CVs shared with the client for final empanelment.
6. Final offer subject to medical fitness as per RITES standards.
7. Interview can be attended in Hindi or English.
