- Engineer B – Electronics: M.Sc or Engineering degree in Electronics with first class.
- Engineer B – Mechanical: M.Sc or Mechanical Engineering with first class.
- Engineer B – Instrumentation: M.Sc or Engineering degree in Instrumentation with first class.
- Engineering Assistant C – Electronics: Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
- Engineering Assistant C – Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Engineering Assistant C – IT: Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.
