General Manager Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB/ICWA. Minimum 10 years experience as Deputy/Assistant General Manager in a Co‑operative or Nationalized Bank; exposure to all bank departments required.
Deputy General Manager Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years experience as Assistant General Manager in a Co‑operative or Nationalized Bank; exposure to all bank departments required.
Deputy General Manager (Chief Law Officer) Graduate/Post Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM). Approx. 15 years of practical court experience; proficient in drafting and court procedures.
Assistant General Manager Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years experience at higher level in Head Office of a Co‑operative or Nationalized Bank; exposure to all departments required.
Assistant General Manager (Investment) Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years experience in treasury, investment management, RBI guidelines, ALM & risk management.
Branch Manager Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years experience as Branch Manager / Senior Officer in a Co‑operative or Nationalized Bank.
Branch Manager (Board Secretary) Graduate/Post Graduate. Minimum 5 years experience in preparing Board agendas, drafting minutes, handling Chairman’s correspondence; proficiency in English & Marathi; shorthand preferred.
Branch Manager (Estate Manager) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or related field. Minimum 5–10 years experience in estate/property/facilities management; banking experience preferred.
Branch Manager (Legal Officer) Graduate/Post Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM). Minimum 10 years experience as practising Advocate or legal executive in a bank/financial institution.
Assistant Branch Manager (Marketing) Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/BBA. Minimum 2 years marketing experience, preferably in salary account acquisition & TASK.
Assistant Branch Manager (Graphic Designer) Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or Visual Communication. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, video editing; minimum 1 year relevant experience.
