Eligibility Criteria

Registration Requirement Must be registered on NATS (https://nats.education.gov.in) and/or NAPS (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) before applying.
Educational Qualification Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University (or equivalent). For NATS candidates, passing year should not be more than 4 years preceding 01-05-2026.
Prior Apprenticeship Candidate must NOT have undergone any apprenticeship with Bank of Baroda or any other establishment, nor be currently pursuing one.
Training / Job Experience Anyone with 1 year or more of training or job experience after graduation is ineligible.
State/UT Application Apply for only one State/UT and select up to 3 preferred training centres within that State/UT.
Nationality Indian citizens only.

Selection Process

  1. Stage 1 – Online Examination
    • General / Financial Awareness – 25 questions, 25 marks
    • Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude – 25 questions, 25 marks
    • Computer Knowledge – 25 questions, 25 marks
    • General English – 25 questions, 25 marks
    • Total – 100 questions, 100 marks; duration 60 minutes per section
    • No negative marking; 5% relaxation in qualifying marks for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
    • Merit list prepared State‑wise & Category‑wise; tie‑breaker – higher age.
  2. Stage 2 – Document VerificationCandidates qualifying the online test will be called for verification of eligibility documents at the designated centre.
  3. Stage 3 – Local Language TestAssessment of proficiency in the local language of the selected State/UT.

Final selection is subject to medical fitness. A wait‑list will be released for unfilled seats and remains valid for 1 year or until the next recruitment, whichever is earlier.
