Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in the concerned, allied or relevant discipline (as per UGC Regulations 2018).
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a university/college or equivalent research experience.
- At least 10 research publications in peer‑reviewed/Scopus/Web of Science/UGC‑listed journals with the required research score.
- Evidence of academic leadership and successful sponsored research projects.
- Relaxation of 5 % at Master’s level for SC/ST/OBC (Non‑Creamy Layer) and PwBD candidates.
Pay Scale & Salary
Selected candidates will be placed at Academic Pay Level‑14 with a salary range of ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 per month as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. All allowances, leave, pension and PF will follow UGC and Madhya Pradesh government rules.

Selection Process
- Scrutiny Committee screens applications using a point‑based system.
- Shortlisting is based on validation of the Academic/Research Score (API Score) as per UGC Regulations 2018.
- Only candidates meeting the minimum cumulative research score are called for interview.
- Impact factor and indexing of publications are independently verified.
- Interview shortlist: top 20 candidates per vacancy; for each additional vacancy, 5 extra candidates are added.
- Shortlisted candidates are notified via email; no TA/DA is provided for interview attendance.
