- Project Engineer‑I (Civil/Coastal/Ocean/Structural/Port & Harbour Engineering): B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Ocean, Structural, Coastal or Port & Harbour Engineering with ≥ 60 % marks; M.E./M.Tech. in any of the above disciplines is also acceptable.
- Project Engineer‑I (GIS / Remote Sensing): B.E./B.Tech. in Geoinformatics/Geomatics with ≥ 60 % marks; M.E./M.Tech. in GIS, Remote Sensing, Geoinformatics or Geomatics Engineering.
- Project Engineering Associate: M.Sc. in Marine Biology/Marine Science with ≥ 60 % marks and 4 years R&D experience, **or** Ph.D. in Marine Biology/Marine Science.
- Technical Associate‑II: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, Software Systems or Informatics with ≥ 60 % marks and 2 years relevant experience.
- Technical Associate‑I (Electronics): B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with ≥ 60 % marks.
- Technical Associate‑I (Zoology/Marine Science): M.Sc. in Zoology or Marine Science with ≥ 60 % marks.
