Eligibility Criteria
General Age Limit
Maximum age 50 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation as per Government of India rules.
Assistant Professor
- Engineering streams: B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech (or Integrated M.Tech) with First Class in any one degree, OR B.E./B.Tech with First Class + Ph.D in relevant branch.
- Humanities: Master’s degree with 55% marks + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D as per UGC regulations.
Associate Professor
- Minimum B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech with First Class; Ph.D preferred.
- At least 6 years teaching/research experience (minimum 2 years post‑Ph.D).
- Minimum 6 research publications in reputed journals.
Professor
- B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech with First Class and a Ph.D in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years academic/research experience, including 3 years as Associate Professor.
- At least 6‑10 research publications and experience in supervising Ph.D. candidates.
Pay Scale & Salary
- Assistant Professor: Rs. 60,000‑70,000 per month (CTC)
- Associate Professor: Rs. 1,10,000‑1,20,000 per month (CTC)
- Professor: Rs. 1,30,000‑1,40,000 per month (CTC)
