Selection Process
- Stage 1 – Shortlisting: MP Online will scrutinise all applications and prepare a shortlist of 5 candidates per vacancy.
- Stage 2 – Written Examination: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for a written test conducted by MP Online.
- Stage 3 – Interview: Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for an interview before the HR Committee of MPPHSCL.
- Final Selection: Merit list will be prepared based on written test and interview performance.
