The degree must be from a university established under a Central or State Act or a Deemed University as per UGC Act, 1956. Candidates should possess basic computer knowledge and be proficient in Gujarati or Hindi.

The selected candidates will be appointed at Pay Level‑8 with a salary range of ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 per month, subject to applicable allowances.

Selection Process

  1. Preliminary Test (two papers: General Studies and Concerned Subject).
  2. Interview for candidates who qualify the Preliminary Test.

How to Apply

  1. Visit gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in and complete One Time Registration (OTR) if not already done.
  2. Log in, click “Online Application” → “Apply”, and select the desired advertisement (24/2026-27, 30/2026-27 or 31/2026-27).
  3. Enter your OTR Registration Number and Date of Birth, then click “Apply”.
  4. Fill in all mandatory fields: Personal Details, Communication Details, Language Details, Education Details, Experience Details, etc.
  5. Upload a passport‑size photograph (5 cm × 3.6 cm, JPG, ≤10 KB) and signature (2.5 cm × 7.5 cm, JPG, ≤10 KB).
  6. Review the entered information carefully and click “SAVE/SUBMIT”. Note down the Application Number and Confirmation Number displayed on the screen.
  7. Pay the applicable application fee (if any) and take a printout of the confirmed application.
  8. You may edit the application until 19 June 2026 (11:59 PM) using the “Edit” option; do not submit a fresh application.
  9. Complete the Consent Form and pay the Consent Deposit before 20 June 2026 (10:00 AM) through the “CONSENT” menu on the same portal.
