Selection Process

  1. Stage 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT): 100‑mark objective MCQ exam (5 sections) lasting 120 minutes. Negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer.
  2. Stage 2 – Typing Test: Candidates short‑listed (up to 3 × vacancies) from CBT merit list will appear for a typing test. Minimum speed of 25 wpm (Hindi) and 30 wpm (English) is mandatory.
  3. Final Merit List: Based on CBT marks of candidates who qualify the typing test.
  4. Tie‑Breaking Criteria: Total CBT marks → date of birth (older) → fewer wrong answers → Hindi section marks → earlier application number.
  5. Exam Cities: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Meerut, Agra, Jhansi, Moradabad, Prayagraj, Varanasi.

  1. Visit the official website www.gims.ac.in from 04‑06‑2026 onward.
  2. Click on the “Online Application” link for Advertisement No. GIMS/2026/Manpower/NT-02/07 and select either “Record Keeper” or “Store Keeper”.
  3. Read the user instructions carefully before filling the form.
  4. Enter all personal, educational and reservation details exactly as per your original certificates.
  5. Pay the applicable fee online (fees differ by category as shown above). The application printout can be generated only after successful fee payment.
  6. After final submission, you may make one correction; however, mobile number, e‑mail ID and reservation category cannot be altered.
  7. Download and keep a printed copy of the submitted application for future reference.
  8. Regular government employees must attach a No‑Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification.
