Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years as on 01-07-2026. Age relaxation as per Andhra Pradesh Government rules for SC/ST/BC, PwBD, widows/divorced women.
- Gender: Women candidates only.
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of the village/ward where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
- Educational Qualification:
- Anganwadi Worker (AWW) & Mini Anganwadi Worker – 10th Class (SSC/Matriculation) pass from a recognized board. Must be married and have permanent residence in the concerned village/Gram Panchayat.
- Anganwadi Helper (AWH) – For SC and ST vacancies, only candidates belonging to the respective category are eligible. General eligibility same as AWW regarding residency.
Pay Scale & Salary
- Anganwadi Worker (AWW): Rs. 11,500 per month (honorarium).
- Anganwadi Helper (AWH): Rs. 7,000 per month (honorarium).

Selection Process
- Document Submission: Submit application with required documents at the ICDS Project office during the walk‑in period (09-06-2026 to 18-06-2026).
- Document Verification: CDPO verifies originals of all documents (TC/Study certificates, etc.).
- Merit List Preparation: Merit list prepared based on marks obtained in the 10th class (marks memo).
- Final Selection: Roster‑point based selection; final authority is the Collector, Sri Satya Sai District.
- Interview (if applicable): CDPO notes eligibility for interview and records date, signature & seal.
How to Apply
- Download the application form from the official website https://srisathyasai.ap.gov.in/ or collect it from the concerned ICDS Project office.
- Fill in the form carefully. Affix a recent (not older than one month) passport‑size photograph at the prescribed place and sign over it.
- Attach all mandatory documents (local residency proof, 10th marks memo, caste certificate if applicable, marriage certificate for AWW, etc.).
- Submit the completed application form in person at the respective ICDS Project Office between 09-06-2026 and 18-06-2026 (by 5:00 PM).
