Salary Details
Engagement is on a contract basis with consolidated monthly emoluments:
- Project Engineer: Rs. 40,000 (1st yr) to Rs. 55,000 (4th yr) + one-time attire allowance of Rs. 8,400.
- Technical Officer: Rs. 25,000 (1st yr), Rs. 28,000 (2nd yr), Rs. 31,000 (3rd & 4th years).
- Assistant Project Engineer: Rs. 25,506 per month (revised six-monthly per CLC guidelines).
- Senior Artisan: Rs. 23,368 per month (revised six-monthly per CLC guidelines).
Selection Process
Selection is based on a weighted merit system comprising the following:
- Academic Qualification (20%): Based on the aggregate percentage in the relevant degree/diploma/ITI.
- Relevant Experience (30%): Based on post-qualification experience.
- Personal Interview (50%): Evaluation via direct interview.
